Hey I’m Carolyn!

Supervised by Jessica Eiseman, LPC-S, NCC

I’m here to honor your story, your identity, and express yourself fully

I’m a virtual Houston, Texas-based therapist who offers a collaborative, affirming approach that integrates traditional talk therapy with expressive arts, creating room for what isn’t always expressed in language.

Healing is possible, one step at a time.

I want you to know that you’re not alone in this, and together we can gently discover the creativity, strength, and authenticity already within you.

You're here because life feels heavy.

You’re here because life feels too overwhelming to go through alone. Maybe you’re dealing with the weight of feeling pulled in multiple directions unsure of your identity, unresolved wounds from the past, or feeling burnt out from masking to fit into a world that just doesn’t get it.

Together, we’ll explore this at your pace in ways that feel safe and right for you. We’ll meet that heaviness with curiosity through gentle conversation, expressive arts, or whatever helps you release and reclaim.

How I work:

I believe healing happens in relation to others.

The central approach to therapy is that healing occurs through connection with others. I create a relational space for you to feel seen and foster a path towards growth.

Therapy with me is…

  • This space is for you and your experiences to be respected and supported. You are valid and you’re voice matters. I aim to work in a way that honors you. I am LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent and Disability affirming.

  • My approach is very human. The space that we are in together won’t feel clinical, but rather a conversation or a space to create together.

  • You know your story best. This space is for you to let go of everything on your mind.

  • We may go beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating expressive arts like movement, sound, or marks on a page. This offers a gentle, collaborative path to healing
